EFT has shown amazing results in sports performance. In my practice, I have helped a horseback rider win a performance, a teenage excel in volleyball and athletics, and kids perform fantastically during martial art tests.

Successful surrogate EFT for an Ironman Triathlete

Hi Everyone,

Kassandra Murray is a personal performance coach who uses EFT surrogately to help an Ironman Triathlete in Venezuela with his training procrastination. Note his list of barriers. She also helps him with a recent injury while chatting over MSN.

This amazing experience is about a friend of mine who is an Ironman competitor (Triathlon) in Venezuela and was having some issues with his training.  I surrogately tapped for him using his photograph and a holographic image of the two of us together. This process spanned three days and focused on the following list of his barriers:  I tapped on the highlighted parts (bold text).

1- Many times I don't find the energy or the willingness to train as I know I should. I tend to stay home and procrastinate often, instead of going out to train right away. I find many reasons to stay resting, but when I go out and ride I really love it. Even if it's a poor performance session. I need to organize my schedule more, and be more strict with it.

2- I've realized lately that I forced myself to be a good triathlete just because I'm used to doing things as well as I can, in order to please my parents. I have done that ever since I can remember.

3- I love triathlons and I wouldn't want to live any other way, but I tend to lose motivation easily and instead of training the 25-30 hours a week I should, I've been training 15-20 and it's making me anxious.

4- I tend to have a short stride, which I'm working on improving.

5- I have a left shoulder and a right knee condition, which are stable now, but if I don't do weights I can get injured again.

6- In the mornings I don't have as much energy as I'd like
Frustration and rage can get into my emotion when I spend more than 36 hours without training.

After doing rounds of EFT on the above barriers, he noticed he felt calm about his training and had no more anxiety. He had more energy for training he was not procrastinating.  Then later, while we were chatting on MSN he told me he had gone for a run and his sacral spine was very sore and felt out of place and he could not run.

I asked him to relax in his chair while he was with me on MSN and get some water.  He took some deep abdominal breaths and I began to do EFT for his spine.  I tapped on the trauma of the injury, the frustration and rage in the body and the memory of protection as well as causing the injury and further procrastination issues.  He went from a rating of 3-4 out of 10 to 0.

I would get him to move around in between cycles of tapping.  He was amazed!  He felt great and felt a little tired as well.  EFT works so amazing even while on MSN. You can work with anyone all over the GLOBE!

My thanks to David Wilson who introduced me to EFT and tutored me so well!

Blessings to you all!

Attention: To All Professional Athletes and Team Owners

Hi Everyone,

At first glance this use of EFT for Deborah Miller's minor pulled muscle may seem quite routine.  After all, it is not exactly life threatening and EFT has certainly provided benefits for much more serious problems.  However, pulled muscles can take a highly paid professional athletes out of a game and can often sideline them, or impair their performance, for 2 or 3 more games.  That is VERY expensive.  Under those circumstances, what is a good EFT'er worth?

Gary,

I had an experience of stretching a muscle after falling into a hole. I enjoy testing the possibilities of what can be released with EFT so I figured I’d see if doing some immediate tapping would ease the discomfort. It did.

I was walking along a different area of the woods from where I normally walk. Actually it was alongside a cornfield in the mountains (they grow corn on the mountainsides where I live in Mexico). I was along the edge of the cornfield. I stepped forward and my whole left leg dropped into a hole that I couldn’t see because it was covered with tall grass. Now the leg that went into the whole didn’t hurt at all, but my right leg hurt because of the speed with which the muscles had to contract to compensate for the lack of ground under my left leg.

I pulled my leg out of the hole and realized it was fine. After taking a few steps I realized the muscles in the calf area of my right leg ached. It wasn’t bad but felt like a light pull. I could walk even though it ached, but I knew that it was one of those aches that would cause more problems the day after then immediately. I tapped briefly for the ache and especially for feeling stupid that I hadn’t seen the hole (which was impossible to see even when looking at it directly). The ache went away and I walked on.

Later that evening the muscles started to stiffen again. I sat down and did more tapping on the foolishness of my walking somewhere I was not familiar with and not taking the appropriate precautions. This cornfield was near the edge of a ravine. So I tapped on all versions of my silliness and carelessness. Then I tapped on the physical ache and pulled muscles. I followed with tapping in the concept of a quick repair and relaxation of the muscles. Within minutes the ache went away and I forgot all about my perceived lack of carelessness.

The pain never came back and I feel completely fine.

A typical morning for an EFT sports injury therapist: Someday professional sports teams will fall all over themselves to get these results

Hi Everyone,

I thought I would share my morning of therapy with you (for yesterday) at Monmouth University. I am a sports injury consultant for the top athletes at the University and have a contract with them to provide therapy for those who can't get better through regular physical therapy or athletic training treatments.

The first athlete came in with no complaints of any pain or tightness because he had seen me for a few visits and had 100% success on his hamstring injury, very tight hamstrings and low back pain. But he was concerned about his athletic performance. His goal was to change a bad habit when throwing...and to be able to leap up into the air to clear a bar.

We performed EFT on his habit for 10 minutes then we worked on his spring jump for 10 minutes. When he first jumped his hand was about 6 to 8 inches from the ceiling. After 10 minutes of EFT his hand could easily reach the ceiling with no problem. I then spent the last 10 minutes stretching him. He was very pleased.

Next came a young lady who performed Lacrosse. She had low back and hip pain which extended down the side of her leg. We worked on numerous issues such as Pain at level 6/10 (6 our of 10 on a 10 point intensity scale), Fear of failure, Hip tightness. etc.. Within 20 minutes she was pain free and she felt very confident.

The third was a young lady who played softball. She was very concerned because she played two games the day before and she was scheduled for two more that afternoon and evening. She had severe knee pain 8/10 on the right and 6/10 on the left, and 10/10 when using stairs. She also had Fear of failing. I worked for about 5 minutes on her knee caps to decrease any adhesions. Then we performed EFT on the pain until it came down to 0/10 while walking. Then we worked for about another 10 minutes on stair climbing until she was able to step up without pain. A normal step is about 8 inches, and she could step up a 12 inch step without pain or discomfort. Then we did EFT for 5 minutes on her fear.

The fourth was a male athlete who had injured his left hamstring while running. His pain was 8/10 to 9/10. HIS HAMSTRINGS WERE VERY TIGHT. normal is 90/90 and he was 75/90. For an athlete this means trouble, not only because it puts him at a higher risk of injury but it weighs him down so much that his agility is compromised greatly.

I worked on his pain for about 20 minutes until the pain came down to 0/10 (this took longer than usual because he had never come to me before and had never seen such weird therapy). Then I performed Active Isolated Stretching with mind-body power and within 10 minutes he had gained 25-30 degrees FULL RANGE and then some. He was blown out of the water.

You can see how much can get accomplished in the 30 minutes that I have with each of these athletes. It is hard for me to put everything down on paper because days like this happen all the time. I hope this helps.

Love Roseanna
